| YOUR CAISSE IS LISTENING! | | | | Following the 2007 members satisfaction survey, the Caisse populaire Orléans received several comments about the lack of confidentiality and discretion in the front offices; this being mainly caused by the open style cubicles of the Member Services Officer (near the entrance of the Caisse). Thanks to your comments, the Caisse was able to rectify the situation. There is now, following recent renovation, three new offices in a closed style! | | |
