| | WE TAKE YOUR SATISFACTION TO HEART | | | | We take your satisfaction to heart. For this reason we recently conducted a telephone survey to a randomly selected group of members to assess the level of satisfaction in regards to the delivery of our services. The results of the survey showed that more then 70% of our members are fully satisfied with the service they are offered! Click here to learn more. Several of you highlighted our greatest strengths as being courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. Suggestions and opportunities for improvement were also brought forward. This year we will build on our foundation of excellence in the following areas: accessibility, privacy, forward and proactive thinking. Our newsletter, the Clic infoD, will be our vehicle to advise you of improvements as they are implemented.

| | WHAT DO YOU THINK? | | | When the Caisse received the results from the 2007 member satisfaction survey, the results indicated that the Caisse was not proactive enough and was more reactive to your financial needs. Being proactive entails that we must go beyond our members' needs. Here at the Caisse, it means that we must ensure that the members’ goals and expectancies are always met while at the same time ensuring that his or her experience is fruitful and positive. The Caisse employees accomplish this by: - Making suggestions concerning your personal finances;
- Helping you see your projects through as well as guiding you along the way;
- Establishing a regular line of communication with you to update any changes to your financial needs.

| | YOUR CAISSE IS LISTENING! | | | | Following the 2007 members satisfaction survey, the Caisse populaire Orléans received several comments about the lack of confidentiality and discretion in the front offices; this being mainly caused by the open style cubicles of the Member Services Officer (near the entrance of the Caisse). Thanks to your comments, the Caisse was able to rectify the situation. There is now, following recent renovation, three new offices in a closed style! | | |
