WHAT DO YOU THINK?

When the Caisse received the results from the 2007 member satisfaction survey, the results indicated that the Caisse was not proactive enough and was more reactive to your financial needs.

Being proactive entails that we must go beyond our members' needs. Here at the Caisse, it means that we must ensure that the members’ goals and expectancies are always met while at the same time ensuring that his or her experience is fruitful and positive. The Caisse employees accomplish this by:

Making suggestions concerning your personal finances;
Helping you see your projects through as well as guiding you along the way;
Establishing a regular line of communication with you to update any changes to your financial needs.

The Caisse populaire Orléans participated this summer in the second TOAST event that Sketch Orléans organised. Being an organisation that is still developing and growing, we wish to make of TOAST an annual event that is celebrated by the community’s youth.

During the TOAST event, we make sure to try and include most of our smaller scale activities to ensure that the youth’s interests are represented. We greatly appreciate the Caisse’s contribution to the furthering of the Orléans community, especially when it comes to the youth.

We chose the Caisse when it came to our finances because we believe that we share many core beliefs. Also, we believe in their cooperative distinction, which includes community involvement and the democratic process.
